J. Holmes Cosmetics was founded by New Orleans Native,

 "Jae Clinique" 

Jae has always had a love for anything beauty. As a child & even now as an adult she admired her mother's beauty

& love for cosmetics and fashion. Her mother always ensured before leaving the house if nothing else she enhanced her beauty

with lipstick & eyeshadow. Being raised by a fashionista of her time, Jae also developed a

love for all things beauty.
